This morning, 2009 Shanghai Science and Technology awards ceremony was held at Friendship Hall of Shanghai Exhibition Center. The CPC Central Committee Political Bureau member, Shanghai Party Secretary Yu Zhengsheng attended the meeting and made important speeches. Deputy secretary, Mayor Han Zheng presided over the meeting. City leaders Liu Yungeng, Yin Yicui, Shen Hongguang, Ding Xuexiang, Qian Jinglin attended the meeting. Deputy Mayor Shen Xiaoming, read the "Shanghai Municipal People's Government on recognition of 2009 Shanghai Science and Technology Awards winning project (individual) decision."
Preliminary Evaluation, reviewed by experts, validated by Shanghai Science and Technology Award Committee, approved by the municipal government, Shanghai Science and Technology Awards 2009 awards 300 (people).
